We want you to love your MARÉVA jewelry. If you don't, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Returns

• Items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
• To start a return, contact us with your order number. We'll send you the return instructions and address.
• Gift cards and items marked as final sale can't be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different piece is to return the one you have and place a new order.

Lifetime color guarantee

If the color of your piece changes at any time, contact us with your order number and a photo and we'll replace it, at no cost.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
